Salary and paycheck calculator inputs
The salary conversions and supported paycheck estimates run in your browser using the calculation code and tax tables delivered with the page. The application does not submit entered pay, hours, filing status, deductions or year-to-date wages to a payroll API. Calculator inputs are held in the page’s current state; this application does not save them in localStorage or include them in custom analytics events. Refreshing or leaving a page resets those inputs.
Opening a page still involves requests to the hosting provider and, when enabled, the external services described below. Avoid putting personal or financial information into page URLs, contact messages or shared examples.
Display and language preferences
The website uses light mode and ignores older saved dark-mode preferences. Your language choice may be saved under spt-language in browser localStorage. This preference is not a calculator input. Clearing site storage removes the saved preference. If storage is unavailable, the site still works without saving the selection.
Translations are published page by page. Incomplete language pages show a labeled English fallback and are excluded from the search sitemap. Changing the display language does not change USD currency or US tax rules.
Google Analytics 4
This website loads the Google tag for GA4 property G-F2DXD3RLF1 to understand visits and website usage. Google may process the page URL, IP address, browser/device information, cookies or other identifiers. The app does not intentionally add calculator amounts or contact-message contents to analytics events. The exact measurement and retention settings in the Analytics account have not been verified from this project.
You can control site cookies and storage through your browser. More information: how Google uses information from partner sites and Google Analytics browser opt-out. Browser privacy controls do not change information that may already have been processed by the service.
Contact messages and Formspree
When a real Formspree Form ID is configured and you submit the Contact form, your name, email address, selected subject and message are sent to Formspree for processing. Formspree may also process technical information used to operate and protect its service. A form without a configured ID is disabled and does not send messages. A successful submission confirms the service accepted the request; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or a response time.
Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, tax documents or sensitive financial information. Use fictional examples when reporting a calculator issue. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy. If the Contact page offers a direct email link, choosing it uses your email provider rather than the form service.
Hosting, logs and retention
The website is hosted as static files on Hostinger. Hosting/CDN services may keep request and security logs, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information. The hosting account’s log settings, retention periods and any automated browser-challenge configuration have not been verified from this repository.
Saved browser preferences remain until you clear or replace them. There is no server-side calculator-input database in this project. Retention of Analytics data, Formspree submissions and any recipient inbox copies depends on the actual service/account settings; no specific deletion schedule has been confirmed here.

Use the available contact method on the Contact page for questions or requests about information you submitted. Availability is stated on that page. This policy should be reviewed when the site owner changes services, account settings or data handling.
